We’re very grateful to have it resolved, though it’s unfortunate that it took a negative review to get the needed support. Unfortunately since taking over our apartment unit a lot has changed in the quality of service and communication we've received. I've been trying since January to solve an error in a charge and have been met with great nice professional people, an absolutely no path to resolution or actual movement. It's been six months of the most pleasant "we're looking into it, we're working on it". At this point it's clear they're just trying to have me give up on the $500 dollars they're trying to charge us retroactively for rent.
