I been living at different comlex before but nothing like this apartment complex. From the very beginning, the leasing process was smooth, professional, and well organized. The staff made everything clear and were always available to answer questions. They truly care about their residents and it shows in the way the property is managed. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and very well maintained. Everything was clean upon move-in, and any minor maintenance requests I had were handled quickly and efficiently. Throughout the entire application and approval process, she was incredibly kind, patient, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. Stephanny consistently went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make the process as smooth as possible. She was always available, responsive, and genuinely eager to assist us every step of the way. Overall, Atlantico at Aquabella is a very clean and well-maintained community. Most areas clearly receive regular attention—plants are trimmed, floors are clean, pest control is effective, the pool area is well kept, and trash is managed properly. It shows that maintenance standards are high across the property. Unfortunately, the dog park is a major exception. It is consistently dirty, poorly maintained, and appears to be one of the only areas that is not properly surveyed or monitored. Pet waste is often left behind, which makes the space unpleasant and unusable for responsible pet owners. At this point, the most effective solution would be to install security cameras in the dog park and hold residents accountable for not picking up after their pets. We loved living in our 2 br/2 bath apartment at Atlantico for a year . We had the amazing barletta apartment which we loved and we were right by the pools and grills which we used frequently!!! The events were also a lot of fun and Angel , Shantel and Valerie were always so helpful to us . We’re going to miss all of you and will definitely come back to visit. Tuscany Delray is by far the most beautiful rental community and the grounds were so luxurious and so well kept . If you have the opportunity to live in Siena or Atlantico you’ll be very happy with your choice!!
