We are looking to relocate back to San Antonio and stopped by to inquire about Savannah was by far one of the nicest, funniest and friendliest leasing agents we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She has had a heavy hand in our decisions as we are looking over options, however we will always appreciate the time she spent going over all questions we had.

Best office staff ever, they are quick, respectful and all around amazing. Savannah is the best leasing agent we have ever come across. She’s down to earth and really takes the time to get to know you. She treats you like her friend rather than someone she just met. Highly recommend checking these apartments out and talking to Savannah!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Atlantica at Alamo! From day one, the entire team has gone above and beyond to make my move-in experience smooth and stress-free. This is a brand-new build, and I was incredibly impressed with how hard the construction workers worked to get me into my unit on time—they truly went the extra mile, working tirelessly to ensure everything was ready. It was clearly a full team effort, and I even heard that the property manager personally stepped in to help clean and prepare a unit just to make sure I could move in on the same day. That kind of commitment is rare and deeply appreciated. A special thank-you goes to Diana, the Assistant Manager. She was absolutely amazing! She walked me through the entire application and move-in process and got me approved

I’ve been living here for about 6 months now and honestly, I’m loving it. I saw a review saying the complex is “messy,” which I find crazy. Yes, you’ll see trash cans outside doors between 5–9pm Sunday–Thursday, but that’s for valet trash and it’s always picked up properly. Trash is never left on the floor, and the pickup crew does a great job. Every week you see workers cutting the grass and picking up trash around the property, even cleaning up after people who unfortunately don’t pick up after their pets or litter, which is unavoidable anywhere. The difference is they actually take the time to keep the community clean. Walls are thin, but let’s be real if you want complete silence, get a house lol. The gym is clean and well maintained, and overall the community feels taken care of. S
