AWP has been managing my condo rental for about 3 years. I can't say enough great things about them, as they take care of everything. Trying to manage the rental myself was too stressful and time-consuming, so when I found AWP it was a huge relief. Not only are their prices incredibly reasonable, but they are prompt with communication, as well as efficient and ethical in addressing any issues with tenants. I also like the user-friendly portal they offer for payments and correspondence. I'll be looking to invest in another home in the near future and will be able to do everything through AWP, since they offer brokerage services too--a one-stop-shop! Convenient, friendly, and efficient. I've recommended AWP to my friends and family as well.

Although the owner is on top of every call it isn't the property itself but the environment now that the Rodney cook park is open less then 500 feet away the place brings noise fast cars speed Thur the neighborhood and a lot of litter the walls are thin inside the apartment you can hear your neighbors tear toilet tissue 😂 the parking space are limited in the back with no assignment so your not guaranteed a park after a long day away from home parking on the street is an option but the patriots visiting the park has already token that spot right in front of your door there construction goin on tooo next door the owner of that property is building a restaurant I can only imagine how busy the area around here will become I'm more of the I like to see deers in the morning while drinking my cof
