Atlantic Plumbing

I have lived at Atlantic Plumbing for over a year now. While it is very expensive, the amenities and support here are unmatched. Having the pool, the gym, and the workspaces has been really nice. The best part though is the staff. The leasing office staff has helped me through a ton and were very kind. The front desk people are almost always present and willing to help grab packages or let me back upstairs when I forget my key. Finally, the maintenance team has always been very quick to fix things in my apartment and especially understanding of working around my schedule.

I've had the pleasure of living at Atlantic Plumbing for the last two years. My stay here has been great, with up-to-date amenities, well-maintained common areas and good neighbors. The staff has been such a great part of my stay too, including Veronica, Kaitlyn, Yannick, Asia and Chris! Always a smile and good conversation to be had and all my packages have been well taken care of. Would recommend this building to anyone wanting to live in a dynamic and fun neighborhood!

From the moment I arrived, she demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine helpfulness. Veronica was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, even being mindful of my daughter who accompanied me during the tour. She provided detailed and thorough information about the property, answering all of my questions with care and clarity. Her customer service is truly exceptional—she made the entire experience both pleasant and seamless. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that are a true gem. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by both the community and the service provided by Veronica.

The best place to rent/live in Shaw. Bigger/better rooms than other buildings in the area. Open views rather than tight or limited. Big gym + rooftop spin/row room. The best door staff, who actually know the tenants and care about situations, even better office team who earnestly work to help you with any & all topics. Manager Veronica as well as Yannick, Chris & Asia are all-stars.

First of all Veronica is a lifesaver. I am so grateful for her, her professionalism, her knowledge and her willingness to assist me on short notice. I called in inquiring about a two bedroom and the one that I wanted was available, but it was the last one left. Veronica was able to Assist me with a squeeze in the day AFTER Christmas. Not only that shout out to their application process because it took me maybe 30 minutes to finish my application and by the time I left I got a call letting me know that my application was approved so I can’t wait to move in and this is the best team that I’ve ever encountered and that’s coming from someone who also worked in property management.
