Atlantic Home and Commercial Building Inspections

My church, The Rock of Israel Congegation, hired Justin to inspect our new 4,000+ sq ft commercial building and did a fantastic, thorough job! I was on the building committee who helped in the decision of his hire. This is our first church building after renting a shared space for years. He alerted us to a few structural issues that would affect our use of the building after the sale so that we would be prepared for those repairs and take that into consideration with our negotiated terms. Justin came out to inspect my attic due to some loud creaking and cracking due to the house settling. His inspection showed no issues and he also checked around the outside of the foundation and fully around the interior. He was professional and courteous and really set my mind at ease.
