The rodents are out of control. The pest control company doesn’t do a good job of keep the pest out. He can in my apartment one day and try to put glue traps down without having gloves on. I said to him the mice are going to avoid those traps your scent are on them. I put glove on a did it myself. There are huge rat holes by the dumpsters. Maintenance completed a search and seal and nothing changed.

Name came up on the waiting list, its been 2 MONTHS I’ve been calling to check on the status and gets the same result each time which is NOTHING!!!! Im always told that I will receive a call back but never do its becoming very frustrating that I cant even get a response to an email!

I just moved here last month and the only problem I had was the hot water heater but other than that I love it I mind my business the best part is I don't know nobody around here and don't want to know anybody I keep to myself me and my kids are happy. Everybody in the rental office is nice and patient with you don't nobody bother you unless you bother them.

I have been living here for a long time. When I first moved in, it was much better. Now the property is run down because of poor management. The worse that I have seen since I have been here. All the company care about is filling up the vacant apartments with who ever they can get to in them so that they could keep the contract with the government. The property is not being properly monitored by management or security and that is the reason for high crime rate. When you call with important issues, at times you are directed to a voicemail and no one is ever responding. I think HUD needs to do unannounced visits because that the only way that they can really see what’s going on. The only time that management seems to care is when it’s time for inspections by HUD.
