We closed on our home in July 2023. While the floor plan is exactly what we wanted, the execution and post-closing support from Atlantic Construction have been incredibly disappointing. The Build Process: Communication was poor from the start. After being told they were ahead of schedule, we arrived for our final walk-thru to find the home filthy—construction grime everywhere, urine in the toilets, and paint on the carpets. We had to delay closing by two weeks just to get the home in a livable state. Warranty & Quality: One year later, the 'repairs' have been subpar. For example, a bathroom door with a massive gap on the latch side was 'fixed' so poorly that the gap simply moved to the hinge side. Although it took a few weeks for the builder to initially respond, once Atlantic Builders engaged, they did the right thing. We experienced a roof leak after our warranty had already expired, and they still took responsibility and corrected the issue. The repair was handled professionally, and they followed through until it was resolved. While the response time could have been quicker, I truly appreciate that they stood behind their work and didn’t leave us on our own. That kind of accountability matters and speaks to their integrity as a builder. I would recommend Atlantic Builders to anyone who values a company willing to do the right thing—even when they technically don’t have to.

Atlantic Construction built our dream home and we could not be happier! Everything was done on time and with excellent quality! Between the superintendent, the subcontractors, and the realtor, we had excellent service throughout the entire process. Atlantic was very responsive to our needs and if this wasn’t our forever home, we would definitely use them again! Highly recommend to anyone looking to build a new home.

I cannot say enough good things about Jimmy + Roy (Drywall Repair Guys). They came out to repair our coffered ceiling in our new home, and the work they did was truly above and beyond anything I expected. They paid close attention to every small detail, ensuring the joints and lines were perfect. They clearly take immense pride in their craftsmanship. Atlantic Construction brought our plans to life and did a phenomenal job. When it's the biggest investment of your life, put the contract with a company you can trust! I would recommend them 100 times over! They were easy to work with and organized, you can tell that they do this process pretty regularly. Their contractors were easy to work with and their man handling our job site, Lee Huffman, did a great job keeping us in the loop throughout the entire process!
