We rented a home when moving to Atlanta while trying to find one to purchase. The property we rented was managed by Atlanta Fine Homes. Their customer service and overall communication was poor at best and at times combative. They did not address needs of the property or repairs in a timely manner and we never felt like we were treated like a customer. If I had to guess, I would guess that they are grossly understaffed because it is not likely that people wake up in the morning and choose to treat others poorly. Either way, I would stay away from this company.
A true luxury Real Estate company with the most professional agents who know how to get it done!
