I was very fortunate to live in an Atias building for almost 3 years. My prior experiences with management companies in NYC were very negative so I was concerned about having a similar experience anywhere else. However, I have nothing but very positive things to say about my time with Atias. I really appreciated how responsive the team was. Whenever I called or emailed about any issue, I would get a response within one business day (usually it was more like only a few hours or even minutes.) The office is incredibly organized and keeps tabs on the tenants, despite there being so many. They helped me contact the super in my building in a timely manner so any issues I had, no matter how minor, could be resolved within the day. They also relayed messages to the landlord from me in a very time

I’ve been renting from Atias for a year and a half now. The management team has been nothing but helpful and responsive. I have had a couple of emergency issues (gas leak, broken light in the shower, refrigerator leak) and a few non-emergency repairs. They were in communication throughout each time, confirming appointments and following up to ensure the work was done. It’s an old building with all the issues that come with it, and they seem to be doing their best to stay on top of things as they’re alerted.

I have been a tenant in building managed by this company since 2018. The building is maintained well with a responsible live in superintendent. The management team always responded quickly on any repair requests or bill questions.

I felt spoiled living in an Atias building with a view of the GW Bridge. But it wasn’t just the view and beautiful apartment that made me feel spoiled— it was the top notch communication and attention to detail from Atias when I had questions or the apartment needed a quick fix. This type of service is hard to come by and am grateful to have had it when I did. Shout out to Nicole for keeping up with emails and responding within an appropriate time frame!

The Atias team is wonderful to work with. They are very communicative and really want to help you. Maintenance requests were always taken care of in a timely fashion and the team was always around to answer any questions. I would absolutely work with this company again in the future!
