I’ve lived here for over three years now, and I’ve had such a great experience. Jennifer Klosner has been amazing the entire time — always kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. She is always really good at answering all my questions & emails in such a timely manner and recently helped me transfer into a bigger unit! She made the whole process so smooth and stress-free ❤️ The property itself is beautiful and well-kept, and the service and maintenance staff are always quick, friendly, and reliable. The other leasing agents are also wonderful and welcoming. I truly appreciate the great service from everyone here and highly recommend living here!

They take the time to ensure every request is handled promptly, professionally, and with great care. The property itself is in a beautiful area right in the heart of Frisco, offering amazing views and a peaceful atmosphere. It’s also a fantastic community for families with children. There’s an elementary school located directly behind the property, making it incredibly convenient for families with little ones who can walk to school. You really couldn’t ask

Please lease with caution when it comes to this apartment complex. I was currently approved to move forward with an additional deposit. Due to the recent snowstorm I was not able to make it to the property and once I arrived post storm after speaking with a leasing agent about turning in my deposit, she denied us ever speaking and once I showed her proof the attitude that I was greeted with was suddenly gone. The deposit still was not taken and shortly after I received a call that my application was then reneged and the $500 I paid in application fees will be reimbursed by check not debited to the acct it was taken out of smh. It was definitely a waste of time and money but on the brighter side I’m so happy I don’t have to give this property my money. If you can lease elsewhere do so! &

Pros: Maintenance staff is great! They were always responsive and quick. We had many issues with A/C for some reason but maintenance staff was always there to help us. The apartment complex is next to the trail so it is definitely a plus for people who would like take a walk. Cons: This place is super loud. There is always some sort of party going on in the pool area. They play very loud music until late (10-11 pm) and it is always packed in the pool where you cannot find a space especially afternoon and weekends. Be prepared to pay at least $750 and lose your deposit when you leave the apartment. They charge you for stovetop restoration, (they never give any instruction on what to use/not to use) carpet and pad replacement. We don’t own any pets and we did not leave any stains on the ca

These are such great spacious apartments with a good fitness center, in the prime location also there is a nearby trail for quick runs or cycling. I never had any issue staying here, highly recommended it. I enjoyed the pool area, we also celebrated birthdays . Miss staying here!!
