Anthony was great to work with on inspecting our future home. The thorough walk thru afterwards for him to explain what he identified during the inspection was very helpful and comforting as we move forward with our purchase.

I’m currently selling my home, and during the buyer’s inspection, the inspector stepped into my garden tub and left a significant amount of dirt behind. What was most frustrating is that the tub had running water available, yet no effort was made to rinse or clean up afterward. While I understand inspections can be hands-on, basic respect for a seller’s home is expected. Leaving fixtures dirty shows a lack of care and professionalism. I had to clean the tub myself after the inspection. I hope this feedback encourages better consideration for homeowners in the future. Inspectors name was Anthony.
