Pat is amazing!!! I had an water leak over the weekend she had someone come out to fix the issue( As soon as she could ). I spoke to the receptionist after the issue was fixed to get documentation to submit to the water authority. Great team!!

I was looking for Steve Astrin properties website but he has none, but I know this is his wife's website. This review is about Steve Astrin. I have been one of his tenants over a few years now, and all the time that I have a conversation with this man. He's yelling, blowing his top for no apparent reason. as if you cannot ask him a question. This is not how you treat loyal paying tenants. if you want to be treated like a human being, do not rent from this man. He is bitter and full of rage. Maybe it's because his gambling problems🤷🏼‍♀️. Mr Steve please be more professional.
