I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this building. It’s incredibly quiet and peaceful, which is something I truly value. The property is exceptionally well managed, and it shows in every detail — from the cleanliness of the common areas to how smoothly everything operates day to day. The front desk staff is always warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They go out of their way to assist residents and make everyone feel welcome. Management is also very responsive and attentive, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally. Overall, it’s a beautifully maintained, well-run building that truly feels like home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience.

Really enjoy our time at the Astor LIC. Super convenient for my commute to work in the city and great having a gym in the building. After the change in management, my partner and I have been able to speak directly with the property manager to get any issues resolved quickly

The only reason this place is getting one star is because of the fantastic front desk staff. They are friendly, professional, and do their best to help, but unfortunately, they can’t make up for how terrible this building is overall. First, the super is consistently rude, unprofessional, and unresponsive to emails, making it incredibly frustrating to get even basic assistance. For instance, when my dog was bitten by another unleashed dog in the building, I rushed to the front desk to report it. The super was present but was dismissive and showed no empathy, and even appeared annoyed by my report. He rudely told me to email management and refused to engage further.
