This place is low cost for a reason. The apartment smelled like mildew when I moved in. My apartment flooded three times in less than two years. Property management was slow to respond and sometimes unresponsive. They dismissed my concerns about mold damage. They made patch job repairs, cut open a massive hole in the wall across from my apartment and left it there untouched for several months at a time. When I moved in I put a few maintenance requests in and some weren't addressed until over a year later and after multiple inquiries. Really inconsiderate neighbors. The one next door played loud music and smoked cigarettes outside of my windows. Neighbor on the other side chain smoked joints outside my other window.
