Had A very bad experience with her. She asked for my email address so she could send me a application for a apartment that I never received and she Ghosted me very lousy raised ranch. Condo split in 3 apartments that she bragged about the 600 designer shades that she dumped 40000 in money into so the tenant has to pay for all utilities including trash and water bill REAL LOUSY REALTOR

Kathy was our real estate agent when we bought our house in July 2020 and we had a great experience with her. She was super responsive over email and text, any day of the week. As a first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of very basic questions and she was very patient and kind with all of our questions. The house we bought had a tricky seller and she navigated that seemingly effortlessly--knowing when and what to push for and when to let things go. She took the time to get to know our needs and we ended up in a house that was really perfect for us! If we move again, down the road, we'll definitely go with Kathy again.
