Unfortunately, zero stars was not an option. Counting the days until our HOA board drops this incompetent “management” company. They will take your money, not lift a finger, and never return any emails, phone calls, etc. I’ve been trying to contact them since August. It’s March. But they continue to take my money. They will do nothing to protect homeowners and enforce any rules. You can’t run fast enough in the opposite direction of APM!

This is my second time being forced to do business with this management company. They aren’t far the worst HOA in town and of course, the biggest. I have been in the phone, on hold for thirty minutes with no response. I subscribed to auto pay for my quarterly assessments. I tried to pay in December as I noticed our assessment increased. When I opened the app, and attempted to pay, I received the response, “your account is setup for autopay”. I went on with my day. I never received a letter in the mail about this assessment increase. But I did receive a statement today with $30 late fees. Unacceptable!

Rating one star because zero stars isn’t an option. Our HOA recently switched over to APM after our shady management company quit. APM was okay at first, with Jessa as our property manager. She wasn’t anything amazing but at least she responded. We now have ILSA. Ilsa does not respond to homeowners. Several homeowners have sent her emails and calls and at the most they have received a response telling her to contact her partner Veronica. In emailing Veronica, she responds stating to contact Ilsa. Ilsa doesn’t return calls. Also, during a recent HOA meeting Ilsa muted a homeowner who was expressing frustration (in a calm tone) about the current community issues. The homeowner stated they were letting the HOA know that if they did not abide by the contract, they would need to seek legal coun

My mom lives in a neighborhood that has APM and she had a question about a compliance issue with parking because people wee parking in front of her house. Because my mom's older she had me call and Sherry was awesome and helped us resolve the issue and get us the violation removed without hassle because we could prove it wasn't our car. The call back was within 24 hours she was pleasant to talk to we appreciate her. Thank you miss Sherry

Our HOA has been working with APM for 3 years. We have a wonderful Property Manager in Tayler. Tayler is responsive, respectful and always available. There are a lot of issues to handle with homeowners, Contractors and Board members however Tayler does well with all of it.
