Just a quick shout out to Tricia Graham, our Assistant Community Manager at AAM, LLC for Del Webb at Veramendi.....she and the Architectural Control Committee have been exceptionally helpful and responsive to several property improvement requests over the last couple of months! This is a new community, and many times you never know how things are going to work. But her friendly assistance and responsiveness to questions has been awesome! Much appreciated!

I am so please with Associated Asset Management (AAM, LLC), particularly Tricia Graham. She was so helpful in assisting us with submission to the ACC for landscaping changes and a pergola. She explained everything thoroughly, helped us with the forms and stayed in communication with me until we received final approval from the ACC.

Tricia Graham manages 4 communities and assists with 6 others, so we were uncertain how long it would take to get a ramp approved for my wife. Tricia exceeded our expectations. The work and preparation of behalf the homeowner for getting approval requires detailed plans and other documents. It was not easy, but Tricia provided all the information we needed for our request to be accepted and ultimately approved.

HOA approval for anything can be challenging. At Del Webb veramendi- Tricia handles / processes HOA requests for home and yard improvements- she communicates effectively and quickly and has helped me process 5 separate requests. Excellent work by Tricia!!
