I had an extremely disappointing experience with this office as a renter, and I would give them 0 stars if I could. While they may be effective at selling homes, my experience on the leasing side was unprofessional and stressful from start to finish. I signed a one-year lease beginning January 2025, set to end December 2025. My two roommates (who I did not previously know and met through a housing search group) had leases ending in August 2025. When their leases ended, the office realized the lease structure issue and began pressuring me to terminate my lease early. If you are looking for a wonderful and highly professional realtor, Lori is great! She and her team got my townhouse sold in mandarin. There was a lot of work to be done and she helped me find people who could get repairs done affordably and in a timely manner. There are very few people like her still around!

Lori neighbors is the best realtor I’ve worked with. Ive been with her and her team for almost 7 years. The staff is of the up most professionalism and responds quickly to needs. Lori assisted me with moving into my rental and is always available. I’ve also worked with Jill in the office and she is the kindest, attentive person to work with.
