Al is the best. He is knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and what he found. He inspected a condo for me and the entrance to the attic was in a closet. Al climbed up his ladder, got on top of a shelf in the closet, and jumped into the attic. In my eyes, that was going above and beyond. He is thorough and highly recommended!
