Joel was exceptional. From beginning to end made, Joel made our dream closets come true. From the first appt to getting everything stalled in less than 4 weeks total, Joel made the process easy. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I was referred to Joel at Alternative Closets to set up 11 + closets and a custom library for a new home renovation. Joel was extremely helpful and easy to work with throughout the process. He was always available to speak with, even late in the evening. The gentlemen that came to install were also very polite and helpful. They did a fantastic job and made sure to clean up after their work, leaving no mess. (They even vacuumed the area!) My wife and I are very impressed and pleased with the job. We highly recommend anyone looking to make custom closets/book shelves to reach out to Joel and his team.

Recently had Joel from Alternative Closets come to my home to give me an estimate on a walk in closet. He showed me what my different options were and I decided to go with his recommendations on keeping the design basic being that I’m a single guy. The prices were the most reasonable out of the two other estimates I received. The installer arrived on time and did a great job. He cleaned up the work area when he was finished and left it spotless. I am thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend them

The entire process was smooth and efficient which we greatly appreciate. The design mock-ups after the free in-home consultation we’re invaluable and made it an easy decision for us.
