Assero services crashed a lawn mower into our rear porch railing a few days before settlement on our new house. We couldn't do anything about it, or we'd lose the deal. So, we're stuck with a smashed deck and no contact from them. So much for 'Quality Work, Quality People, Quality Results' [sic].

Same story as everyone else. I have been told "the check is going out next week" for a month. Finally they ceased all communication. No one answers the phone except the operator when you dial 0. None of my phone messages or emails have been returned in the last week. This company is clearly insolvent so if you're owed money by this company you need to lien their properties to protect yourself when this company inevitably goes belly up.

Absolute worse communication of any company we've ever worked with as a vendor. They have a policy where they won't pay you until 45 days after invoices are approved. Ours were approved 50 days ago and STILL have not received full payment. Nobody will respond or answer their phones or communicate anything unless they want you to do more work for them. They'll force you to complete work on a house that you don't normally do and will hold payment over your head until it's completed. Don't accept any jobs from them or their horrible computer program Visneta unless you literally want to work for free. Wish there was an option for negative stars because they don't even deserve one star. UPDATE TO RESPONSE: We have an email from Doug stating that invoice approval date of 2/24 would bring deadli

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. I’m still waiting on January payment. After a week of emails with no response. Left messages with no call back. No one has ever ever answered the phone. I finally did get a email saying that they don’t have funds to pay vendors right now. Have always had issues getting paid. I email invoice@Assero I call leave messages no return calls. They contact me when they want work done but ghost me when It’s time to issue a check! Just pay me what’s is owed and we can go our separate ways. VENDORS UNLESS YOU LIKE WORKING FOR FREE ! DO NOT WORK FOR ASSERO SERVICES!

My company has being contacting Assero via e-mail for over 6 months now for a payment. I think it's amazing that when they want work performed. They will text, email, and blow you up calling! Assero look in the mirror at yourselves. You don't have all these poor reviews for no reason at all. Everybody isn't lying! PAY YOUR VENDORS! If I don't receive my check! I'll see your company reps at the Distressed Property National conference this year! I'll be sure to call you out in front of hundreds if I don't get my check! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! All About Housing
