This property is so unprofessional. It was okay when Ms.Yolonda was there. Now that she has left the new property management cannot be trusted they are very grimy. They tell you one thing and do another. There’s mold in the apartments and they don’t like fixing stuff. PLEASE DO NOT RENT WITH NEW OWNERS THEY ARE NOT WORTHY OF THEIR WORD.

Mis, Yolanda is a great landlord. My first day meeting her I thought I knew her forever that’s how great of a person she’s is. She good with helping people especially if you have kids. I told her what my situation was without no hesitation she help me a lot and I really do appreciate her. She stayed true to her word. I did my application got approved The next month she got me and my kids an apartment. And I’m loving it here ……

This property have no idea in who they have with Kayla being employed by them. She is making a real name for herself in the CSRA area as she is always very professional and fair. You will always find her going over and beyond for anyone that she can possibly assist. Qualities that you can’t pay people to have it’s just in them!

PLEASE READ if you value any peace, quiet and/or neighborly feeling!!!!! If you are loud, abrasive, a drunk, let your kids play on sidewalks littered with broken beer bottles and like being talked badly about when you just request some common decency like peace and quiet from your neighbors this doesn't apply to you. BUT if you are truly looking for a decent quiet, calm caring safe community then be AWARE and read this. Well if the following doesn't explain it and change something at this place, I will post pics and recordings of everything from my security cameras. It is 7pm, I got home late from work and six people were already sitting outside thier doors (there aren't any porches, balconies or patios here) drinking a large bottle of alcohol. Ms Yolanda is a great Community Director. She is fair and kind. She had made it a pleasure to live here. She will get you straight if you are doing wrong. She does great thing for the residents.
