Aspire Kenwood Apartments

I really enjoy living at Aspire Apartments. The service is excellent, and everything inside the apartment is great — very clean, modern, and beautifully designed. It truly feels comfortable and well maintained.

My husband and I were some of the first tenants in the building when it opened in 2022. We lived there for a little over three years. The building is beautiful, well maintained, convenient location and the staff is amazing, always smiling, kind helpful and capable. I would highly recommend moving to the Aspire Kenwood.

This place was great when it opened--I've lived here for 3 years. However, it has gone down hill in a very big hurry. Drugs are rampant...your apartment will smell like marijuana at all hours of the day and night. Attempting to contact management will result in niceties, but no actual action. If you try to approach your neighbor about it, they will threaten physical violence. Unless you are interested in living in a very expensive drug den--please look elsewhere. As a side note, while Aspire suggests I contact them so they can look into the issue, I have contacted them in writing about the extreme smell in my apartment on eight separate occasions.

Where do I start? I wanted to like living here, I really did. But they forced my hand. Let's start with the good: - The building amenities are fairly nice - Luke and Derek, the maintenance guys, are excellent - There is ample closet/storage space - The location really cannot be beat - The appliances are nice The bad, and buckle up, because this gets long: - When we moved in, there were literal piles of dead bugs scattered throughout the apartment which the building did absolutely nothing about - Internet outages which, to be fair, are probably not their fault. But they have this stupid "My Quantum Fiber" thing which is a huge pain in the ass and also rendered a lot of our smart devices unusable (anything on a 2.4 Ghz network). My wife and I moved in in July of last year and we were quick to renew our lease. Why? Because the team here is fantastic and the apartments are great. Cintia and Flavia in the front office are incredibly helpful and always cheerful/kind. They also put on some really fun events to enjoy (yummy treats/food, painting with a twist, social events, they did flower bouquet building for Valentine's Day, all kinds of unique stuff)! Derek, Luke and Landon are the best maintenance team we've ever encountered and it's not even close. They are all so accessible, kind and quick to respond to any concern. Overall a great living experience propped up by the excellent and down-to-earth staff - can't think of anything negative to say honestly.
