The place is not that bad! The manager Karla is very polite and friendly. She is always available to listen to our complaints or requests. On the other hand, homeless people enter the property like if it was their own and go dumping at any time of the day, the pool is most of the time closed because some neighbors vandalize it, they toss food in the pool and Noone is responsible for the damage. During the winter season, there was a leak on the roof, and the ceiling was leaking as well. They repaired the roof, but the ceiling wasn't repaired, so there's a bulge on the ceiling. My son's bicycle was stolen a week ago from downstairs, which means this is not a secure place. Anyway, it would be a great idea to install cameras all over the complex so that way we find out who is vandalizing the p

I've had a great experience living at Aspire Desert West. The management team is responsive and professional, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The grounds are well-kept, and I feel safe in the neighborhood. My unit is clean and modern, with all the amenities I need. Parking is usually easy, and the neighbors are generally respectful. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

10 plus roaches a day, and that’s per room. No matter how many cleanings we do or how many complaints we leave, they still reappear. Management doesn’t help out either

What an amazing team we have at Aspire office staff are amazing and great people. Not to forget the hard working gentlemen’s of maintenance there amazing.

DO NOT LEASE WITH THIS COMPLEX. Let alone any CAM Properties. I have been here 8 months now and this complex is infested with roaches and they do not do the bare minimum of spraying on a regular basis. If you request to have your unit spray, good luck it will probably take two weeks to get anyone in. Expect not to have maintenance requests addressed for anywhere from 15-30 days. It does not matter if they are urgent. I was out of a stove for 10 days and urgency was not placed around this matter until I threatened to file a complaint to the state and emailed corporate. You'll have to email corporate to even get anything done because the property managers do not care and use the same response "sorry but that's out of our hand". They hardly ever answer phone calls so good luck if you have any
