Demetrius Williams the property manager is truly nasty! I had a horrible encounter with her that left me feeling disgusted. She's very nasty and speaks to you with harsh force and a lot of attitude. She's fake, sarcastic, and has the worst attitude deep within. Please dont be fooled upfront they need occupancy filled. It's obvious Demetria is miserable and hurting inside just the way she speaks to you, she comes off kind of crazy and on edge ready to spaz out. I would not recommend Aspen Woods. You want to live at a place where management is genuinely nice and professional at all times; and not just because they want you to sign a lease. Stay clear, know your worth, and be smart enough to know how you should be treated at all times.

Mrs. MiMi, I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for everything you did to make my move-in go so smoothly. I really appreciate how responsive, organized, and helpful you were throughout the whole process. It made a stressful time so much easier, and I’m really grateful for your support. Ms. Mimi has stellar customers service and the process of moving so fast and easy. Our unit is clean and quiet. Definitely the better of options on this side of town

Just recently moved in with the help of Miss Michelle and Miss Mee Mee that’s were extremely thorough and professional. They were dedicated to helping me move in as quickly as possible into the best fit unit available! I really like the neighborhood it’s convenient and peaceful
