Aspen Ridge Apartments

I lived here for over 6 years and used to love it. The apartments are spacious and clean upon move-in. The laundry rooms are clean and there are small storage lockers available too. But if you have a maintenance request good luck getting it completed. There is one maintenance person for all the buildings so it could take days/weeks before your issue is fixed. The parking lots are small and there isnt enough parking. Plus the parking stalls are too narrow so cars get dinged all the time. The office people dont care and will sit around all day talking, not doing any actual work.

I have lived at London Place Apartments for about 20 years. The ladies in the office are very nice and they care about people, not just collecting the rent. If something needs fixing, they get on it as fast as possible. If it involves a water issue, they're right on it immediately! They continue to make improvements with the grounds of the units. I plan to stay here 'for the duration'!

Lived there for over 5 years, finally moves out and bought my own house. Our apartment had black mold, all they did was paint over it twice, when it came back the third time it was it time to move out. If anything needed fixing good luck; however, I heard they got rid of the maintenance people. That should help with some of the issues, but there is a lot to fix in the apartments. I wish anyone good luck who rents here.

My friend and i rented a one bedroom apartment, which was in the lower level. The appliances were in okay condition, but it works great and rent was only $425/monthy +40 for garage. Utilities was an average of $80-$130/monthly. When there was anything that needed fixing, the maintenance were really fast and will give it their best. The landlords were really nice too and lenient most of the time. The only problem i had with the apartment was of the smell. It smelted like mold/paint, at first i thought i will fade away, but it never did. A few months ago, we had a flood in our bathroom to the outside our living room closet. They took a couple days to fix it, but the smell gotten worst. Now we are in an upstairs apartment, 2 bedroom and there is no longer a moldy smell.

I lived at London Place Apartments for a few years. These apartments are well maintained. I want to personally thank Noemi, for her kindness throughout my living there. She's always there to help anyone at anytime. Thanks also to Jane who works in the office she always got the handyman quickly when I needed one, which was very little. Thanks again! If you need to rent an apartment this complex is very nice. State your needs in what you need in an apartment and these people will go out of their way to help you!
