Fox Valley Meadows

Honestly one of the best Apt's i've lived at in the past 25 years out of the 4 places i've lived now. As a wheelchair user of 40+ years I appreciate how convenient I can get around my apartment and access the stuff I need to.. This is a near impossibility these days. Staff is very punctual with notices and maintenance requests, nice quiet neighborhood if your accepting that families live here. I hope i'm able to stay here as long as possible as I REALLY like it here, i'm really tired of the stress of moving and the fear of homelessness. *fingers crossed*

I love these spacious apartments And appreciate the great communication with the management team. Also, the maintenance is very kind courteous friendly, and efficient. I appreciate the diversity and sense of community within the Fox Valley Meadows this is by far my favorite apartment I have ever rented

This place is absolutely awful now. When we first moved in about 5 years ago it was nice. Onsite manager was great. Over the years it started to decline. Police presence got bigger in the area. They raised the rent 3 times while there without even updating anything inside the buildings. The building always smelled, the garbage area is always destroyed. There is no on site manager anymore either. Fruit flies coming out of the plumbing. the washer and dryers are never cleaned. Flooring on the 3rd floor was sinking in. Had a whole floor infested with bed bugs and they tried to charge the tenants for it without even looking into the issue. These apartments are not worth the monthly price they are trying to charge. Don't even waste your money.

I applied 3 yrs ago. They only nice if you have connections with pillars housing. Otherwise the lady is racial profiling me. That's not a lie!!! I tested them out and you know indefinitely. I called as a regular call to see about my application and she told me that there's no openings and that I wouldn't qualify. Called the second time and said I work with pillars housing. And now she was all nice and told me that I would qualify. Whats the difference? Yeah places like this you wouldn't want to rent from. Especially if you know they racist!

I lived here for 3 years. Two different managers and two different owners. Loved my apartment. The management was very courteous and professional. Things were fixed within a day, two at the most. The apartment did need cabinets replaced but other than that it was perfect.
