Aspen Place Apartments

Well this place steals your money. You pay your rent. Have receipt of payment But management said not proof and wants more money. STAY AWAY!!! They will steal your money. I would not recommend these apartments. The management changed. We have had experience with the management before. And were the reason my son left those apartments. Now sadly they are managing these. My son was told to pay rent with a money order. Since the management shut down the portal. Per management instructions, he got the money order made to the apartments. And put it in the designated box. The management has lost the payment. My son showed the receipt of the money order. They said it wasn’t proof and he is behind on rent. Pay up. My son has made timely payments for 2 yrs. So he would never do this. And the recei

Honest opinion, I would not even give it one star these owners Are the worst all they care about is themselves And make sure they get money and not provide for the apartment they have rotten wood just being painted over and They lost my Rent money and are Blaming me

I've been a resident at the Aspen Place apartments for nearly a year and have had a great experience. These apartments are clean and affordable. The ownership and management team is friendly, attentive, and consistently looking out for ways to improve service to their tenants. When a maintenance issue arises, the team is quick to address it. The neighborhood is safe and the complex is nearby plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and other businesses. I highly recommend!

Very lovely apartments, perfect for a couple, and very affordable! The owners were always very nice, very helpful and quick to attend to any issues. I rented at one of their properties on Judge Ely Blvd and they are very clean apartments, well maintained, and always have their quarterly check up by pest patrol. There is plenty of parking space which is very convenient for big trucks. The neighborhood is very safe and neighbors are always friendly, plus you have access to lots of stores and restaurants nearby! I definitely recommend them!! would give more stars if I could!!
