Moved in July 16th 2017 with the promise of them fixing the AC which still does not work. AC operates like it should but does not cool enough so will not go below 80 degrees. 3 techs have came to see the ac and all say it works good. Then why is it still hot in my apartment and why are you guys letting me barrow the portable ac that i have in one of the bedrooms. This other issue i have a little fault for but giving the time frame i am sure it should not be a problem but office says it is. There are lots of residue (black spots, bad smell) due to previous roach infestation. I did open the drawers and cabinets upon move in but did not pay to much attention. Lived here for 2 years. They tried to raise the rent over $700 in that span. Refused to fix anything. Illegally had me evicted due to nonpayment due to no repairs (fridge, air conditioner broken over a year) (leaky ceiling w/ mold). They are slum lords. They try to take your money and kick you out. They have a class action lawsuit pending this week. They have been illegally reporting a false number to the credit bureau! DO NOT RENT HERE! THEY ARE SLUM LORDS AND WILL FIND A WAY TO THROW YOU ON THE STREET. Just ask them how many management companies have operated on site since 2019 (over 4). Anyone who has been done wrong by them and wants to join our class action please contact me and let’s get these people on a court room!

I do not recommend it to anyone, this agency took my $262 during the application. They refused my application and refused to refund me even part of my money. It is the only agency where in case of refusal of the application, they keep your money, it is an injustice and it is illegal, you must denounce them. They are only looking for money after having collected your money they will never refund you. I advise you not to go there.

I've been a tenant since Dec 2017, I like my apartment floor plan but that's about it. The apartment they showed me wasn't the one they moved me into. My counter tops tiles are old and breaking off, not to mention the roaches that come out of every crack between the tiles. Uneven floors! I'm am INFESTED in roaches.
