Aspen Landing Apartments

Do not move here. This is a real review, from a real resident, unlike the fake ones the apartment keeps creating. I’ve never had a living experience as bad as Aspen Landing. It is possibly the most unpleasant, mismanaged place I have ever lived. I have lived here for almost 9 months now with my wife, our toddler, and our cat. Our apartment was not ready at our agreed upon move in date, our washer and dryer did not work at all, our sinks didn’t drain, and there was no pool or gym access like advertised. There were holes in the walls exposing insulation, we had no access to our mail, and could barely get ahold of the front office. The doors to the outside of our building have been consistently broken, letting in heat or cold air, and allows people to come into our building and steal packages

I’ve been a resident at Aspen Landing Apartments for a little over six months now, and overall I’ve had a very positive experience. I’ve only had a few minor issues during my time here, and every single one was handled quickly and with real urgency, which honestly says a lot. One of the biggest highlights of living here is the leasing manager, Miss Lopez. We know each other by first name, she knows both of my children’s names, and she is always present and hands on around the property. Any time I’ve had a question or a small concern, she has been the very first person I go to and she never disappoints. You can genuinely tell she cares about the residents and the community, which is very rare .!! Over just the last few months alone, I’ve noticed multiple upgrades and improvements being made

As my first apartment this has been nothing but monstrosity & I’ve only been here for two months at Aspen landing. Update: They moved me into a unit with black mold! And I’ve been sick non-stop! Melody, Linda, and Tisha are all aware of that and wanted to charge me 3500 to break my lease. I was forced to evacuate and leave early. I also did a mold test. I encourage anybody staying here to do one as well.

Update: they’re doing fake reviews, and staff members are putting false reviews on here. Contacting health department again since last time they found several violations, btw THE POOLS AND GYM IN THE PICTURES ARE FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS. Non of them are in working order and an absolute DUMP here. DO NOT live here. Pool hasn’t worked in YEARS. Gym is absolutely trashed and locked 24/7. Can’t even use any of the amenities. I don’t think I’ve ever lived in a more disgusting place in my LIFE. RUNAWAY!!!! ABSOLUTE SLUMLORDS—-READ THIS! DO NOT RENT HERE! Mold, roaches, FLOODS they won’t fix, children in me and my friends home with MOLD and damage they refuse to fix! I have put in DOZENS of request and they keep giving me the runaround! They refuse to discount rent or fix ANYTHING and I moved in 5

This place is a living hell. From horrible management to unlivable apartment conditions. I moved out six weeks ago and I’ve been hunting them down for my security deposit that I was insured I would receive. I lived with roaches. My ceiling was crumbling my front door, never locked ect. I Was also informed that Maintance would steal from apartments on a regular basis. This place is an absolute rip off and a joke. I’ll be serving them their papers and seeing them in court. They think they can take advantage of people like we don’t have our own money and education to be able to stick up for ourselves.
