We recently closed escrow on home built by Aspen Homes. It has been a wonderful experience working with this Builder. They kept us informed of each step of the progress, gave sound advice on construction materials & methods, and the customer service was beyond my high expectations. Even more importantly, they took extra steps and precautions to make sure the structural integrity of the building was not comprised by a rushed schedule to close before end of the year. (Critical given Colorado's soil conditions and record rains). Thank you Aspen Homes!

Aspen homes did an incredible job making our dream home a reality! They were willing to work with us on everything we wanted and gave great suggestions! Loved working with them and couldn't be happier with the results

We bought a house three years ago and I am not impressed with this builder Aspen Homes in Loveland. The first year we discovered that the roof was not finished. The driveway and basement floors are cracked and not where they are supposed to. The master bath had several leaks that had to be repaired. There is a gap under the garage door and the spring has had to be repaired. The warranty won't cover the concrete because it hasn't heaved but the driveway looks awful. Now the garage door frame is warping. I do not recommend this builder.

Incredible builder. Honors their clients and builds the best bang for the buck homes in Northern Colorado in my professional opinion.
