Aspen Heights Apartments

I’ve lived here since fall of 2020. And to this day I’ve really enjoyed it. The best apartment I’ve stayed at ever to be honest. My view of the river is pretty amazing not to mention I can walk outside the back door and I actually have nice grass out there. It’s very tidy and clean. Never had issues with anything or anyone. Very pleasant and quiet. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a quality apartment. And pet friendly.

I really enjoy living here with my kids! The apartments are great. They are not super old and good quality. The views from the windows are amazing! The location is great too. Just a short walk to Lincoln park and a quick drive to get across the bridge. The people here are nice and the property managers are great to work with and pretty prompt with requests. Overall It’s a really great and pretty affordable place to live.

I have lived here almost a year. My apartment has been completely remodeled and is very nice. The views of the river and mountains are wonderful. Rent is comparable to other much smaller apartments in the area. Our managers are great to work with and maintenance response is good. It's a safe and quiet area. The grounds are well kept and maintained. Covered parking is assigned so I have had no problems. I've been really happy at Aspen Heights.

I have been living here for a couple years, and I can tell you that it’s a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The park and the schools are nearby which makes it easier for families. Property managers are great! We really enjoy living here!
