I paid 100$ for applications gave them a love in date they told me they’d had one available called 2 weeks later found out they didn’t and lied. Then I get a phone call saying I got denied because of my rental history I’ve paid early no noise complaints so I don’t believe that i would not recommend them so somewhere else

Goes on credit score even with low income housing. Not sure what the guidelines are but I assume that's standard for rental properties, not sure if government standard. The people in the office were nice and helpful. I'm disappointed I can't rent there.

Although not upscale apartment living, they are excellent for the price. Management is friendly and maintenance is prompt and friendly. Management works hard to make sure parking is available for ALL residents instead of a few and their friends. They work hard at keeping the grounds clean (it would be nice if more residents would be responsible pet owners and pick up after their pets it's really not that difficult). Couldn't ask for a better location close to banks, shopping, bus stops, schools, and entertainment. If anyone has a problem living here, it's because they choose not to be good neighbors or follow rules.

If I could give zero Stars I would. Management goes in apartment without notice and leaves no notice per their lease agreement. Property manager potties her dog and doesn't clean up feces but we as tenants will get fined $100. The few interactions I have had with her she was rude and snotty. Owners should look into her as I'm not the only one who has complained about her. You should not hold tenants to lease violations if you yourself will not hold yourself accountable. Renters beware and rent somewhere else!!

I've lived at Aspen Courts Apartments for a year and a half. We, unfortunately lost one of the ladies in the office almost a year ago. I had some concerns about management after that, but those concerns were quickly put to bed. The units here at Aspen Court aren't big but I'm a single guy that lives alone. I'm comfortable. The utilities are reasonable. And every time I've had a problem with the unit, maintenance was informed and repairs or replacements were done within a couple of days. These deficiencies were not a threat to the unit or occupants so same day service was not a concern. I'm not sure I'll be renewing my lease in January but that decision will have nothing to do with the management team here. If you want somewhere affordable and quiet, consider Aspen Court.
