This team is honestly amazing. I was in a horrible situation dealing with mold and mushrooms growing out of my wall and they not only helped me but they have welcomed me and my fur babies with open arms. They walked me through my lease and made sure I understood what I was signing. They toured multiple places with me and did not make me feel uncomfortable or like an inconvenience. Jen and her team are extremely sweet and extremely understanding. On top of everything they are professional which I myself appreciate. If I could give them more stars I would. I love my new place, and I truly do not know what I would have done without them.

Absolutely the best rental company I have ever had dealings with. My wife and I had months left on our lease. Garden gate not only listed the house and found a new tenant but refunded every dime we had already paid ahead of time. Every interaction was a pleasure. As an added bonus any time we stopped into the office (to pay rent as an example) we got to pet kitty cats.

Huge Rave to Garden Gate Real Estate. We had placed our 30 day notice for move out due to buying a house. Went to do final walk through of new home and the subfloor was sinking. So we backed out of the buy. Notified Garden Gate praying they would allow us to stay and they did. We are so grateful for them working with us. Great place to rent from. The staff is super friendly and helpful! They made my move coming out of state super easy and a great experience. Specially as a first time renter. They are very upfront with all of their fees, expectations and super open to communication if you need anything from them. 10/10 highly recommended this place.
