My husband and I love living here! It's clean, quiet and safe. Most of the residents are older adults or single women with children. Tracy in the office is very friendly and helpful. Maintenence concerns are handled promptly. There are lots of amenities, including an Amazon parcel locker, and a game room. All in all a great place to live.

Please do yourself a favor and don't move there. You pay $25 a month for trash pickup and they don't even pickup your trash when you leave it outside your door. Intend they let your trash accumulate every night and They leave a envelope under your door saying trash violation and charging you three times the amount of the monthly trash after you already paid for that month. It took almost 2 years for them to consider cleaning the hallway carpet. Which smells like dog piss. The manager Rhonda/Tracey will leave a note on your door about smoking on the property. Clearly it is still people smoking on their balcony and round the building. If you email them you will never get a response. Tracy has been amazing. We had some challenges with our elderly aunt and Tracy went above and beyond to help us through the process of getting her somewhere comfortable. I would recommend this apartment building to anyone in Canton.

Let me tell you I don’t even know where to start. This place has been absolutely accommodating for me and my children. Coming from a big house to a very small apartment is very hard sometimes. Every maintenance call has been fulfilled and very professional at that. They have went above and beyond to help every single time we request any type of service called to our apartment. I have never had an apartment complex care about their tenants like this one does. Highly recommend this place for all your living needs. Very professional, courteous, they show value and that’s what’s most important to my family.

The layout of this apartment complex is both rather unusual and ideal for me. Each floor has an interior hallway with apartments on either side. 2 elevators spaced across the length. I have some mobility issues, and this is ideal. Amenities are likewise unusual. No pool, so you're not paying for something if you're not an avid swimmer. But - indoor mail room, indoor Amazon delivery lockers, indoor bike storage room (with right-there access to the city bike path at the back of the parking lot), exercise room, multiple storage locker rooms.
