I wish there were negative stars. We were working on renting a hous from Betty Chan. She is absolutely awful. She constantly has temper tantrums. She is very argumentative and unreasonable. There wasn't any way to have a rational conversation with her because she is always in fight mode. We tried to work with her, but it was impossible. My only thought through the process is that we would have to deal with that person for a year. I am so, so happy it didn't work out. She is beyond unprofessional.

If I could give one star, that would be the most suitable rating for this company. This lady or owner is out of her mind. She is so unprofessional, it is unbelievable. I submitted an app with fees, which she did not run but denied us without giving a reason. She did not understand the line of work that my dad did which is making drywall. She was beyond confused and yelled at me then proceeded to hang up on me. I got in contact with my realtor that show me the home and she went off on him. She questioned if he was related to us and questioned his credentials. Then she went on to say that he needed to call me because I knew the reason we were denied. This is not true. She did not say were denied and did not even run the app. She then hung up on him as well, refusing to give any details regar

This realtor Betty chan is extremely unprofessional and rude! I do not have much time to go into detail with my total experience but it was such a bad interaction that i have to warn others. This is by far the most bizarre interaction i have ever had with a licensed professional. A total waste of time and money. Please save your sanity and work with another realtor.

Worst realtor in the city very rude and unprofessional, simply asked for the qualifications for one of her listed houses and she straight said don’t waste her time and don’t apply, that’s why her houses sit 10x longer than any other realtor/property manager

Betty is the worst old hag. She took my deposit money when I hire people to clean the whole place spotless. Dont waste your money
