Ashwood Apartments

I've lived here for almost 3 years and I have watched this place build up in beauty and grace. I'm posting a picture of before now. Great place to live, management is so nice, and other tenants are friendly. I enjoy living in Ashwood.

I've been here about 6 months now and I fell in love while on tour! You can tell they are fixing things up on the outside but the INSIDE is amazing. I use to live downtown in a luxury apartment paying at least $375 more than what I currently do now- and I still cannot believe i got a bigger, nicer apartment for less! You get updated appliances, countertops, washer/dryer, heat/AC etc for a really great price in total. The two women that run this office are amazing individuals who work really hard to make sure you're taken care of. (before your move in and during your stay.). Maintenance has always been quick and efficient. Ive had maybe one work order the entire 6 months ive been here so far. I love that its also a really cool community. I like this place so much that I have had recommended to both my sons and they both have moved in their own separate units. Maintenance is on it. I put in a request today and they are either there that same day or very next morning. Alexandra the manager is the best. Always kind and gets the answers right away. All in All this place is slam dunk if deciding to move here. Highly recommended

I live in apartment 136 and I have nothing but good things to say. The apartments are amazing and everything works properly and as it should. It's very energy efficient and they are just on top of everything from pest control to maintenance requests. They respond very quickly and have issues fixed by the next day. I really appreciate how hard the office works for its tenants. That really is a hard thing to come by now a days. Thanks Ashwood!! 🙂

These apartments are amazing and are very spacious and beautiful inside. Never had had an issue with bugs or any pest. Pest control always comes and sprays for preventive measures. The maintenance is on top of the work orders and the manger is a very sweet lady that always has your best interest. People say its not the best area but I have not had any issues and been here almost a year. I love this place ❤️ Jammie
