We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with the team at Ashton Woods, namely Tinishia and Julia. From start to finish, the Team exceeded every expectation we had. We truly love our new home. The customer service and the help we received as we settled down was truly amazing. getting us settled in is truly outstanding. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to quality are all outstanding and very impressive. Keep up the good work Ashton Woods Team !!!!!

The problem is Ashton Woods’ complete failure to address those issues and the absolute nightmare of a warranty process. We’ve dealt with dozens of problems, including major issues that are still unresolved. Some of these unresolved issues will ultimately cost us thousands of dollars out of pocket to correct, despite being problems that should have been properly addressed by the builder. Working through their warranty team and contractors has been a massive waste of time and unbelievably frustrating. Buyers beware!!! One of the worst managed home builders. We have bought before but not a AW, we have lived in an AW for 5yrs and they still have not completed our 1 yr warranty work. We have had to go through 4 different project managers and at least 7 walk throughs just to start our 1 yr warranty 3yrs later. On top of our own jobs you are apparently supposed to supervise the crews In your home and make sure they are doing the job correctly, you know because all of us know construction apparently. They have shown up using wrong paint/stain colors then asked us what color are, this should have been given to the workers from AW from the start, we had clear squares all over from mismatch paint. the staircase and outdoor patio stain color was never given to us so we couldn't tell them and now

Tinisha and Julia were amazing and answered all of our questions even from 500 miles away. And Eric had our house ready to go so we could move in quickly. The whole team deserves recognition.

Jason is my GC 700K house because my biggest nightmare Been move in since late April three months later I still need to dealing with them still hope and waiting they come out to fix it now he not even want to reply back. Work speak for itself gutter ,wall ,property line and material quality issue . I wish I know how to make a webpage just post what they done .
