Ashton Pines Apartment Homes

I have been speaking with Jenny P. I was given guidelines and was told this organization has 2-3 bedroom apartments available. I asked twice could a unit be shown the same response from Jenny P was given. Im glad God has shown me my answer and that's we do not belong at this location in Elkhart Indiana. Management. I needs to get better individuals to talk and treat residents or possible residents that are looking for a home but this place here, I will never pay an apartment application feex as bd cannot be shown a unit, so Thank you, Jenny P for your response you do not have to respond ever because if Ashton Pines Apartments handle business this way, I can image how your establishment handles it's apartments and residents. Staff treats you like family. They care about what you need and do what they can to meet that need. The apartments are well kept, clean, and designed well. Depending on where you live on the property you will have more or less children to contend with. In the nearly 5 years we have lived here there has only been 1 crime that affected the complex and staff took steps to immediately fix the problem. I feel safe here.

The apts are bright and airy, very quiet on the second floor.Two large decks to sit out and grass is cut very neatly. Office staff has been very nice and maintenance people are very respectful and prompt. I really like that everyone has a private entrance of their own .Huge walk in closet I love plus extra storage off rear deck. So far no complaints have been here about year and half!

Lived there three times. Loved the place. At one point my family had 8 apartments out there. Now it's three. Most staff was like family. They were fair and welcoming. Neighbors were respectful and friendly. Rent was reasonable. Give it a try, you will love it. Lived there more than ten years. Raised my kids and many foster kids there.

It’s a beautiful apartment complex far as the grounds. But the residents and the reputation is what will keep me moving on from wanting to rent there. The inside of the apartments are nicely done and updated. All upstairs units have balconies and the grounds like I said are nicely done and they keep them looking immaculate. I just can’t do apartment living because I like my privacy!
