I didn’t want to give this place one star the property manager is nasty to the tenants she doesn’t care about the tenants well being all she care about is getting the rent money. I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless u wanna be harassed by property manager and live very uncomfortable. The rent is high and the inside of the apartments are old fashion no up to date appliances nor cabinets. The carpets look old and you’re not allowed to clean your carpet yourself if you own a carpet cleaner you gotta pay a cleaning company all that money to do it. Stayyyyyy far away from this place finds better place to live .

I’ve lived in Ashton Park for 2 years now my lease is up this month, only reason I’m not renewing is because I’m relocating. For the price the complex is great! Ms. Greta was the property manager when I first moved in and she was absolutely amaziiinnng!!! the property was always safe, clean, professional, and all my work orders were handled within 24hrs. Now when she left, I could definitely tell the difference. work orders were handled but it took at least a week, my ac unit stayed going out. and it took longer than I wanted to get it fixed. Ms. Jennifer the new property manager was also good however, there was an obvious difference in her and Ms. Greta but it wasn’t anything that would cause me to move out. overall I would say that Ashton Park is a great place to stay. older community bu

I loved living there when I first moved in. Gretta was great but it went downhill. They argue with you saying that there was nothing wrong with your water heater or the thermostat when there was. I had to threaten to call home office on them to get something fixed. The carpet had burns in it including where someone had put a hot iron on the carpet and it was just before getting to the padding. When Gretta left so did the maintenance guy. Then we got a good maintenance guy but the property manager was horrible. I was so glad when I was able to move out. I think around 8 apartments went vacant at the same time. They need to get someone better in there who really cares but they also need to get off their wallet. Ashton Meadows across town is having the same problems because of the company. Wh

Never again & definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone here. They don’t clean up out here anymore , buildings haven’t been pressured washed since Jennifer left they don’t even keep up with yard work like she did before. Trash when you come into the enterance , dumpsters have junk all around them , the only thing they worried about is rent , not the tenants none of that . No one’s ever in the office , it’s just a mess & the apartments are too expensive for the way they look on the inside & out.

I've been trying to get in touch with someone about leasing an apartment here. I've left messages, voice-mails, as we as visiting the location. Is there any other way to contact someone in the leasing department?
