There's new owners/management G1property management. They never answer their phones. You have to use the app to put in for work orders and pay rent. They will email you about things but they never answer any emails. Yes the apartments are roomy good size bathroom. The washers and dryers don't work properly the washer doesn't spin the excess water out and the dryer takes around 3 cycles. Now they are charging for $40 for storage that is boards thrown together. The apartments have roaches and they don't have pest control come in. The front door doesn't have basically any weather stripping so the air flows in freely. We were told by the new company that when people move out they will remodel and hike the rent. Yes so far the rent is affordable. Large closets. Good parking. There's no pool and

This is a Horrible Place to Live ( Ashton Court Managed by WILLOWCREEK Apartments) is Outdated inside and Outside All units including the Appliances in the units & the windows are outdated as well,Walls are thin as Paper, Neighbors Are Not Quiet, You have to pay all of your Utilities including Water,Trash & Sewer Bill every Month. Plus Late Fee for Rent is $50.00 And the units just Horrible You get absolutely nothing but Disappointment.

I’ve lived next door to these apartments for the last 5 years and it’s a damn joke. They let just about anyone move in to this place so it’s not safe. I remember on my first night there was a crack head banging on some dudes door asking for her $5 and a roll of quarters. There’s couples that constantly argue so you hear shouting and fighting throughout the entire night. I don’t even live in this apartment complex and they still manage to keep me awake. I couldn’t imagine being neighbors with anyone there. The police also show up regularly…

I’ve lived here 4 years. Agreed to Month to month for $75 extra/month (because this apartment is more and more terrible every year. Mold, maintenance not fixing things, broken and disgusting laundry room for months on end) and got a letter a month before Christmas that they’re increasing to $300 extra a month. Absolutely ridiculous from an apartment that is very poor quality to begin with. They’re KC slumlords.

Kristen was and is always incredible. She goes above and beyond to ensure residents get things they need. We received a text set up an appointment stopped in viewed the apartment and got the keys with in less than a week. Very spacious. Affordable prices. Friendly staff. Access to amenities. Very happy with the choice we made moving here.
