Ashley Ridge

Two years ago, I wrote a review about Ashley Ridge and now I'm updating it to share my continued positive experience. I recently moved out after six great years. The staff at Ashley Ridge went above and beyond, even accommodating my POD in a convenient parking lot spot for a few days, making my move out much easier. If you're attending Med School, Law School, or Grad School, I highly recommend Ashley Ridge. The owners are exceptionally kind, the apartments are high-quality, and the community is quiet and conducive to studying. Located on East Campus, the complex is near woods and trails that are perfect for a peaceful walk or run, often without encountering anyone else.

I had a wonderful experience living here. We lived here for 3 years. The family that runs Ashley Ridge is kind, responsive and very attentive. They made us feel right at home. Any maintenance requests were handled in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this place for graduate/professional students or medical residents looking to be within walking distance of the Hospital or University. This is a much quieter setting than other nearby apartments which have a heavier undergraduate presence.

I lived in Ashley Ridge for six years, and it is a great apartment complex. I was lucky to get a place here for one because I didn't have a car and had to be walking distance to campus and downtown, and also since I needed a quiet, and nice, residence; this complex was all those things, on campus, quiet (only for grad students), and very nice. The management are a very professional, nice family. They promptly take care of any maintenance needs that come up. The apartment I lived in was overall in superior condition- everything spacious and clean and new (minus the bathroom; but I'm from New York City, so the space, newness, and affordability that I had in Ashley Ridge were luxurious in comparison to places I had rented in NYC). I had such an amazing experience living at Ashley Ridge. I lived there for almost 5 years. The place is very clean and quiet. The staff were professional, friendly and caring. They were very accommodating to extending my lease for 6 more months. Request for maintenance were timely attended. I would recommend it for graduate and professional students at Mizzou

I recommend this place to graduate students in particular because it is quite and within walking distance of campus. The furnishings are excellent, and includes things often overlooked in other apartments of similar cost such as; new carpets, high quality windows and proper insulation (helps with both sound and temperature), and appliances like washer, dryer, garbage disposal etc. I think all maintenance requests were handled within 24 hours. The maintenance guy, Kenny, is very personable and kind doing things like putting my packages in my apartment, asking when would be a good time to do something loud like lawn care incase I am studying, clearing ice/snow from the parking lot immediately, coming at odd hours to give me keys because I locked my self out etc. Overall living here has mit
