I’ve been living here for a year and just recently renewed my lease for another 15 months. I have never had ANY issues with crime, pest control, noisy neighbors.. in fact I love my neighbors and my building is so quiet. You can’t hear through the walls and my apartment and my balcony are huge. If you ever have any type of maintance issue, they resolve the service requests within hours. My son and I love it here which is why I renewed my lease. I wanted to really give a big shout out to the property manager, Sylvia. I recently went through some financial issues and she was so understanding and helped me every step of the way. Ashley Oaks Apartments has truly been heading in an amazing direction, and a huge part of that is thanks to the incredible community manager, Isabel. She is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents and the community as a whole. You can really see her dedication reflected throughout the property. The curb appeal is stunning—from the moment you drive in, the community looks welcoming and well cared for. The gates are working properly, which adds peace of mind. While change takes time, it’s clear that everything is slowly coming together, and the improvements are absolutely noticeable. Each update makes the community better than before. It’s exciting to see the progress being made, and Ashley Oaks truly feels like it’s becoming a place people are proud to call home.

The office staff and maintenance staff at Ashley Oaks Apts.are fantastic! Isabelle, Sylvia and Irma are ALWAYS helpful, supportive and knowledgeable! Also, Joseph, Dante, and the other maintenance folks are efficient and courteous! Thank you all for your expertise and genuine care toward the tenant community! MUCH APPRECIATED!

Lived here for a while 2016-2024 and my experience was definitely a mixed bag. First off there is a lot of drug dealing, neighbors blasting music all night, and burglaries both residential and vehicle (in 2022 a man had his door kicked in and was shot in front of his child.) . The past few years gunshots at night have become common in the area so if you like to go for runs and walks at that time be aware. In 2023 I witnessed a drive by while at the gas station that happened on bluffridge and Henderson Pass where a treen was shot in the leg… never made local news. Overpriced, incompetent and careless management (they’ve gone through at least 3 or 4 since I’ve been here) and they REFUSE to fix the gates. I understand these kinds of things come with city living but you can find much better. M

Ashley Oaks is really starting to look good, and you can tell that the improvements taking place are making a difference. While the process has been slow, it’s clear that steady progress is being made. The property is coming around, and the positive changes are becoming more noticeable over time. It’s encouraging to see the effort and commitment being put into improvements, and it shows in the overall appearance and feel of the community. With the momentum that’s building, Ashley Oaks is moving in a very positive direction!
