I don’t even know where to start!!! From the flooding of my apartment to not having heat and hot water for almost a month. It has been so much stress living here in Ashley Auburn Pointe. Please believe the reviews about management. If you can, do yourself the favor of not moving here. You’ll be better off staying any place else. Danyaha, Ryann, and Nigel are some most rudest, malicious people I’ve ever met. My hot water is out along with my heat and it’s been that way about a month now. In addition, my apartment kitchen flooded due to my dishwasher on the 1st month being there. I’ve only been in this apartment going on month 4. It feels like I’ve been here for years by the way things are happening. Submitting maintenance requests doesn’t resolve anything. They lost my lease and they don’t

Please don’t move here! I’ve stayed here for 8 years and I’ve never given management a hard time and I pay my rent on time EVERY MONTH! Lately the new people in the leasing office doesn’t help at all. Donya the property manager hides in her office when residents come in and ask for help regarding their problems. I’ve called corporate and that doesn’t seem to help either. This property isn’t hands on with their residents and no one in the front can’t help you because they need the property manager. These apartments are infested with rats outside, people have stolen my packages and the gates are always broken so it’s homeless people randomly walking around. If you care about the way you live, don’t move here!

The new manager Donya is the truth. I had an a/c out for 9 months. I met her after having to call corporate again. This is how we had to try and get things done. After speaking to her I got a portable unit and the parts needed have been ordered. She kept in contact with me and made me feel heard. I’ve been here 4 years and she is the best manager I’ve seen this far, who has only been here a few weeks. It’s about time we had someone who listen and gets it done. The property looks better. The trash is being addressed. This may be a place I’ll stay for another year. She’s working on getting the pool open. The gym use to stink and it was dirty. The office staff attitudes are better. I’ve lived at Ashley Auburn Pointe for six years, and this current team is by far the BEST we’ve ever had. They remain professional even when people come into the office upset, and they handle challenges like homeless individuals wandering in or issues that come with being next to Grady Hospital with patience, respect, and true care for the residents. What really makes them stand out is how responsive they are. When my heat went out, maintenance came the same day and provided heaters to keep my family warm until the repair was completed just two days later. In the past, I waited six months for a special-order lightbulb to be replaced. Since this team took over, every issue in my apartment has been addressed quickly and correctly. Every terrible review is the absolute truth. You would come out better choosing a spot under the Grady bridge than moving into these apartments. I wish I could post pictures of the broken window, dirty walls, and filthy toilet that was in my apartment when I moved in. I requested contact info for corporate and Nigel refused to give it to me. Additionally, he is rude, condescending, and should NOT work with humans. His attitude is AWFUL and I had to request that he never call my phone again. I will be filing a formal, written complaint against him. I could go on for DAYS telling how awful they are, but if you don't want to be stressed to the MAX, run! This is NOT the place to live.
