Ashley Apartments

Just started living here with my partner, so many issues within the first week of living in a one bedroom “renovated”. The previous tenants were clearly slobs, and the office said that they had “cleaned” but everything is absolutely disgusting it’s insulting. All cabinets are filled with black stuff, grease, dirt, cockroaches, and to top it off, rat poop inside and under the stove/oven. Dishwasher is rusting and is still coming out dirty after multiple washes. I have taken out every shelf in every cabinet and even when I think I’m done, there is still more nasty, dirty, and grimy stuff that I find in this kitchen, and the fridge is broken. Floors are poorly done, wooden tiles are lifting in some areas throughout the apartment. Bathroom had mold on the walls from a previous job that was do

Hayder is the best!! He does an amazing job whenever he comes by and helps us with maintenance requests. It’s always a joy to talk to him. Need more people like him in the world. Thanks again, Hayder!

I would like to take the time to recognize Maintenance Tech. Hayder. he made sure my oven was up and running just in time for my New Years dinner. I appreciate him always being professional and truly kind. Dreyfus should be honored to have someone like him on their team. He is well skilled in his craft, the customer service shown is remarkable. Hayder goes over and beyond to make your apartment feel like home. So many people are quick to complain, and slow to complement others. I thought it would be a great time to recognize Hayder for his hard work & dedication to the company.

If I could give zero stars, I would the apartment is amazing. It’s really clean as well. Cut the maintenance stuff are awesome but the office personnel seem to be lost and confused to get mad if you go and ask them questions or if you need them to handle situation for you especially the manager Ebony. She has no patience is very rude and does not like to help. It seems like no one likes to work and if you have a question it’s an inconvenience for them. Overall the apartment is great, but the staff in the leasing office are just very rude unpleasant.
