Needs better management, maintenance, and just overall better staff. The stairways, hall, rails are disgusting 🤢 basically tracking every single thing in and out of the apartment being stepped in. Just screaming welcome to bacteria 🦠 etc being tracked in ya place, and still no mailbox key going on four months now after constantly asking and checking in about it and still receiving the same sorry answer 🤷🏾‍♀️🙅🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ I’ve never experienced this all my life of living and having my own place smh. Then when you question about it seems like it’s agitation as if you’re asking for money out of their pockets or something. Please let’s do better property management/whole team housing authority and all!!!.

Ashland Park is nice place to live with or without children. But,it ridiculous how the tenants are treated. INSPECTIONS are unannounced, it takes to long to get maintenance help. There are small children living on the second and third floors. This should not be; yes there are railings but they are all open. Kids can easily climb, and fall from these floors.. There is a need for security am and pm. Or go back to a gated Community. Lastly, the rents need to be lowered; it is a low-income development!!!! NWGHA needs to rethink their pricing.. A Caring GreatGrand Mom!!!

Good people with working families who need a place to start but bad seeds running rampant. Cleanup would be easy. No residents with a prior eviction or criminal background can live here especially those receiving Section 8.

I have emailed and called about apartment availability and prices since their website is absolutely useless in these areas. It has been well over 3 months since i started trying to talk to a person and not a single call back or reply to my emails. I deliver here all the time and it looks nice but i noticed a lot of people are druggies which bundled with lack of intrest in potential renters makes this a 1 star complex and company.
