I only have 1 star because I have to. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is horrible. Management doesn’t do anything that they promise to do. I have a 3 month old & my apartment has been moldy for the past year. My hot water doesn’t work as it should. My lights are always flickering. The neighborhood is always FILTHY!! You’re better off living in a motel in Sugar Creek. I’m paying all this money and basic living conditions aren’t even met. Don’t waste your money or your time!
Consistent Neglect and Frustrating Living Experience My three months at this property have been a constant battle to get basic living conditions met. Initial Move-In Issues: Upon moving in, I immediately discovered the air conditioner and dishwasher were non-functional, and one of the toilets had a significant leak. Despite daily visits to the office, it took a frustrating three weeks to get these fundamental issues addressed. Ongoing Maintenance Neglect: Shortly after, the lighting in my master bedroom and walk-in closet failed. Three months later, this remains unresolved, turning maintenance requests into what feels like an unpaid part-time job, constantly chasing resolutions from the office. DO NOT MOVE HERE! This is ridiculous at this point. I have had this mold sitting here in my bathroom ceiling for 4 months now. When the issue started yall left a dehumidifier in my bathroom causing my electricity to be affected. I was told twice by the office and even spoke with the property manager that Id have to email my previous and next electric bill to receive a credit. I did that and got NO UPDATE BACK! And its a automatic ai lady that texts and emails me about anything she could help with and keeps saying she will speak with her manager about the issue. Also since last report of the issue, I was told I was going to have my drywall replaced and even went back to the rental office about it. I spoke with the property manager again. In 24 years of renting, I've never had such a negative experience. This was the worst. There are many better options in the area for similar prices. The rent here is grossly overpriced. Do not make any hasty decisions; read my experience first. Initial Impressions: A Mess The apartment was handed over in a filthy condition, with clogged ducts and malfunctioning appliances. It had to be cleaned and painted while I was already living there, causing considerable discomfort and inconvenience. Repeated Water Leaks: A Flooded Nightmare Within three months of moving in, I endured two water leaks from the apartment above. Both times, the ceiling and walls had to be cut open. Been here for over a month and nothing is as they said it would be. The staff don’t care at all about the community. We’ve been waiting for a mailbox key for over a month and still all they say is “it’ll get done tomorrow”. They don’t fix anything up in your unit they send out a work order team but gods only know whether they do their jobs or not. Our ceiling fan is still wobbling from its connection to the ceiling like it’s gonna fall. The stovetop eyes are still loose and move around when cooking making it unsafe to cook certain things that could spill over. There’s trash all throughout the community even though we pay a mandatory fee to have our trash collected, there’s still bits of trash strewn about all over.
