I’ve had a very disappointing experience living at this property. The apartment was not properly prepared before move-in, and many essential issues were ignored despite prior notice and repeated follow-ups. Maintenance requests often take far too long or are marked complete without real resolution. Communication from the office has been inconsistent and dismissive, and it often feels like tenant concerns are not taken seriously. The overall quality and responsiveness do not reflect the rent prices being charged. This review is shared to help future tenants know what to expect and to encourage management to take better responsibility for the condition of the units and for timely, transparent communication with residents.

I have had a wonderful experience here the last couple years. The new manager Karen has been the best to work with and makes home feel more like home. Overall love the community here

Great place to stay. The apartments are nice, spacious. The apartments they are renovating are very good. They have tennis court, play area for children's, dogs park. Location is good as well, it's on Rt. 9 & Rt. 20. The only drawback is wooden flooring which makes lot of noise especially if you have kids. The maintenance team reaches as soon as they receives a complain.

Once they get you in, they could care less about you. I would never want a loved one living here. Good luck getting any repairs made or communicating with anyone after signing your lease. From wasp infestations to flooding to awful management, if you can go somewhere else, do it. I moved into the complexes in 2021 and the quality of these apartments has become so horrible that the apartments are now unsafe with regular hazards. Jody and Mike could care less whether you have maintenance issues in your apartment, and I have never seen people so determined to do nothing. It is such a shame because I would have stayed in these apartments forever. 1. I have lived here for 3 years now and I love it. I have rented at several different larger complexes since living in Worcester and this is the longest I have been anywhere. Yes the complex is older but my apartment is clean and nice. The maintenance team is incredible and fixes any issues extremely quickly. The only real issues I've had is with neighbors and that's simply community living unfortunately, and something you get everywhere. In general, it's honestly the quietest complex I've ever lived in and I've lived in newer complexes like Avalon, etc. Most of the neighbors that live in my building have been here as long as I have or even longer. I love the convenience of the location and find the commutes into Worcester and Boston to be very easy.
