Ashford Costa Esmeralda Apartments

After a case of mistaken identity by a debt collector for a tenant with the same name, Jarinzy and Remy jumped into action. They were absolutely wonderful in helping me create a detailed report that not only helped me clear my name and credit, but also saved me literally dozens if not hundred of hours, weeks, months, or even years of headache, stress, lawyers, and anger management classes haha. While I haven't lived at Ashford Costa, if they went this far for a complete stranger, I can't imagine how fantastic they would be to have as property managers!

Hi! I went to tour the apartments as I am apartment shopping right now. The property was in a nice location and the apartments were very kept up with. Norma was the one assisting me and she was very informative and detailed when showing me around. Very nice lady with such a great personality. Is definitely on my top 3 properties I have toured so far. Price and location was very good for the market we are currently in.

These are really nice apartments, and the rent is pretty reasonable. Staff is very professional and helpful. If you’re looking for a nice apartment located in central Austin, definitely go give them a chance. You won’t be disappointed. The leasing agent there Norma was very knowledgeable and helped me throughout the whole process. Knows her job well.

DAILY condition of the laundry room ( of course except the day when the big bosses come to check the property) WHO cares about it this nasty condition? No one , because none of them live here . avoid this place if you can

just got off the phone with Norma earlier today and she’s been so helpful. she followed up with me after coming in a month ago and gave me some insightful information about more floor plans and has been persistent in following up and making sure the process has been successful and easy. she has been great at providing information on pricing and planning. I haven’t really experienced a manager being this proactive. big thanks to Norma.
